Work begins on Stokes new £2m home
Work has started work on a new £2m head office development in Lincoln for tea and coffee brand Stokes.The business, owned by RW Stokes & Sons, will relocate to The Lawn, a former asylum near Lincoln city centre.As well as offices, the complex will feature a café, coffee roaster, shops, restaurant, theatre and a barista training centre.Lincoln company G Lidgett Builders has been appointed to carry out the building work. Completion of phase one is expected by Easter 2017.The Lawn is grade II-listed and opened almost 200 years ago.
